Handy, a little small.

What can I say, clip this to your camera bag and or camera strap and you have a microfiber cleaning cloth handy and protected in a little pouch. It is a little on the small side, however it is still plenty big to keep your lenses clean.

I was using this for lens cleaning before discovering the lens pen, now it only does duty to clean off nose prints on my glass LCD cover and fingerprints on the camera. It's TINY in it's case, and pretty close to 18% gray.

I noted several people wondering how to use this as a gray card due to the pattern on it. The big tip for any grey car usage is not focusing on the media itself. Focus lock off in the distance, then place this in a manner where it will get similar light as your subject, then take a pic. The average between the patterns when blurred is close to 18%.

After reading some of the reviews, I was under the impression I might receive a very tiny little cleaning cloth. The portablity of the item made that acceptable, though, since I do not need a supersized cleaning cloth. I was wonderfully suprised when I opened the little package and pulled it out of its convenient little bag to discover a very nice sized cloth. As someone that does not need a very large cloth to clean a small lens (in comparison to the cloth), the cloth that is enclosed in the Nikon bag is very useful! I keep it attached to my camera bag and use it as often as needed. The cloth fits snuggly back up in the bag when you are done. It is attached, though, so no worries about it accidently losing the cloth. The clip seems well enough made so I do not see the entire unit falling from my bag anytime soon. Very pleased and definitely recommend!

I felt kind of stupid originally about buying a Nikon brand cleaning cloth and not just buying a generic brand cloth, but the price seemed right so bought it. I thought since I was buying brand name and that is was inexpensive, I would be setting myself up for disappointment. I am really impressed with it. The cloth measures about 7" x 5" and is connected to the small pouch that it comes in so will never fall out completely. It clips right onto my bag and has worked perfect for me. Very happy with this purchase.
