Celestron Noble 8X32 Reviews

rated 5 out of 5 Great product!
by D. Russell , 2009-03-15

Great for glasses-wearers, or at least way better than other binoculars. Also great for anyone else - they have cool twist-up eyecups. I can bang them around a bit without worrying about it. They're waterproof. Relatively small, which is nice for walking around for long periods of time. If you look around a bit, you'll hear complaints about the lens caps and how they fall off all the time. That's true. If you don't want to lose them, take them off before you go anywhere with them. But I wouldn't let that discourage me from buying these binoculars.

rated 5 out of 5 I can see again!
by Mitakola from Northern Illinois, USA, 2009-01-13

I purchased these binoculars after doing a lot of web research on a pair of binoculars that I could use with my glasses. I have very poor vision and have been frustrated with all of our other binoculars. With other binoculars, if I take my glasses off the view was really fuzzy and if I left them on I couldn't see hardly anything.
These have performed exactly as the reviews claim. They are extremely good at the modification of focal length for people with glasses. Also, the clarity is amazing. They are far and away the best binoculars I have every had. I would very strongly recommend these binoculars to anyone that are looking to keep their glasses on. I would recommend to those without glasses also. My husband doesn't need glasses and he constantly grabs my binoculars these days to see the birds and wildlife around our house. They are lightweight and very easy to focus.
As with most of the reviews the one minor annoyance is the lenses caps. They don't stay on well and have no way to "capture" them. I fear that they will quickly be lost.

rated 5 out of 5 Lightweight and good with eyeglasses
by Bill Baxter from Pittsburgh, PA, 2007-04-24

I bought these after reading at birdwatchersdigest.com [...]
that they were highly rated with or without eyeglasses. The Clestron's did not disappoint me. No more need to remove glasses to use binoculars. They have excellent optics, and are lightweight yet sturdy and waterproof. They survived my Alaskan backpacking trek in the Brooks Range and provided excellent views of grizzly bears, caribou, dall sheep and birds. I avoided losing the end covers by leaving them home. The eyepiece cover attaches to the neck strap so I took that.

rated 5 out of 5 Fantastic binoculars
by bayareakirk from Bay Area, CA, 2005-09-10

These Binoculars seem well made and definately have quality optics. The image is bright, color accurate, and contrast superb. Even at dusk they pick up enough light for birdwatching. At night, craters on the moon are beautiful to behold. I love using the unusually close focus of 5 feet to examine insects like I had never seen them before. As an added bonus (and remarkable at this price) they are said to be waterproof (I assume they are but have not tested). These are easy and comfortable to handle and focus. Lastly, they work very well (and better than many others) with eyeglasses on. The lens caps/cups fit extremely well on the back and decent on the front. My only wish to improve these binocs is that the lens covers secured better to the binoculars to ensure they are not lost. I had bought simils Pentax binocs first but returned mostly because they worked poorly with eyeglasses on. These are cheaper and equal to better than the Pentax feature for feature. Lastly, these come with a lifetime nofault warranty.
